Welcome to HypingUp (hypingup.com). By using the site you agree to these terms. They're written to be simple and fair.

What we offer

Anyone can make a free song link. Artists can sign in with Google to get an Artist Page: their own page, videos, stats and more. New artists get a free trial. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Your account

• You need to be 13 or older to make an account.
• Pick an artist name that is yours to use. Don't pretend to be another artist or person.
• Keep your Google account secure. You're responsible for what happens on your page.

Your content

• You keep all rights to everything you add: photos, text, links and your music.
• You give us permission to show it on your page and in previews, and to use it in the videos you make, only to run the service.
• Only add things you have the right to share.

Please don't

• Post anything illegal, hateful or harassing, sexual content involving minors, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Use the site to spam, mislead people or spread harmful links.
• Try to break, overload or get around the site's security.

We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.

Brand deals

Switching on “Open to brand deals” means you're happy for us to contact you about paid opportunities. It doesn't promise any deals. Each deal is agreed separately, and you're always free to say no.

Music and other services

Song names, artwork and previews come from the music services and belong to their owners. We're not part of Spotify, Apple, Google, Deezer or SoundCloud. When you tap a button, their terms apply.

Paid plans

Your trial needs no card and simply ends if you don't upgrade. If we offer paid plans, the price and billing terms will be shown clearly before you pay, and you can cancel any time.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep the site running well, but it's provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost streams or income, from using the site.

Ending your account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms.
